I was the girl who always had her camera... any and everywhere. (See my photo..it was my wedding day and I still had my camera!!) All of my family and friends used to say, "Wow, you have a great eye, have you ever thought of photography as a career?". In January of 2011, I faced life-threatening complications after giving birth to my second child and during the beginning stages of my recovery, Ayanna Lee Photography was born. My name is Nikki Cama and I am a wife, a mother and the eye behind Ayanna Lee Photography. I am a creative, outgoing and laid back person who LOVES TO HAVE FUN... and fortuantely for me, I have chosen a path that thrives on those traits. I have learned to live life to the fullest and appreciate each day I am given. I am enjoying and cherishing my daily journey...through photography.
Taking pictures is something I have loved for as long as I can remember and I am overjoyed to be able to share that passion with others. I enjoy natural interactions that capture the true essence of “you", and I strive to capture the little moments that become cherished memories. I am always looking for new places to serve as backdrops for my on-location photo sessions. I have a few favorites of my own, but I especially enjoy shooting at locations that have significance to my clients. I encourage input and love to hear of any new ideas and locations that my clients may have. I know not everyone prefers to take outdoor, on-location photos, so I also offer in-home photo sessions with your choice of backgrounds. No matter what option you choose, I will put you at ease, allow you to let loose, be yourself and HAVE FUN!!
I am a stay at home mom and reside in Taunton, Massachusetts with my husband Dana, daughter Dariyen Ayanna, and son Noah Lee. I am also a participating photographer for Inspiration Through Art, formerly known as the Littlest Hereos Project. The mission of Inspiration Through Art is to help provide and capture memories for families who are dealing with hectic schedules due to having a child who is suffering from a serious illness or life-altering disability. *I am Director II and Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler/Preschool Certified through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, I have a valid CORI and Department of Social Services background check and I am up to date on all vaccinations. I will provide a safe and developmentally appropriate experience for you and your child(ren).
